Peaceful and relaxing! Lots of hiking options nearby. Ended up hiking Wright's Peak which was beautiful. Highly recommend! Host recommended some restaurants in the area which were all delicious. Would definitely come back!!

Our stay at Joy’s place was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail from the thoughtful amenities to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere, made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our trip. Communication with Joy was outstanding; responses were always prompt and helpful, and check-in/check-out were seamless. One of our favorite parts of the stay was sitting on the lanai in the evening catching the sunset, truly unforgettable views. It felt like the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience, with easy access to downtown or to the nearby beach. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are so grateful for the warm hospitality. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to return on our next trip!

Fantastic location and a great home to make memories with my little one. We enjoyed the open layout and the great backyard that had a swing set. The location was close to downtown and there were water views from the backyard which made every morning special. We look forward to returning in the near future.

My team barbers and I came out for a stay at Allen’s Airbnb in Texas and had a wonderful day! Not only was it able to accommodate all of us comfortably, but it was comfortable and had lots of great amenities!!! I would definitely recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back again soon! If we had any questions or concerns, he was on top of his responses. We are genuinely thankful for such a stay!!

We had the most wonderful stay. We visited Kona for a week of diving. The apartment is very convenient for the marina where all the five boats are (15 minute drive). The bedroom is quiet and very comfortable with generous storage. The bathroom was immaculate, excellent shower temperature and pressure. living room and kitchen both extremely tidy and organized. wifi was fast and worked with no problems. zoom calls were seemless. it is exceptionally well equipped. We cooked most of our meals in the apartment and they had everything: sharp knives, pots and pans, very decent selection of spices etc. Overall, our stay was flawless. The hosts have clearly worked very hard. Thank you for having us.

A comfortable and spacious spot that provides excellent access to Lassen Nation Park (15 minutes) and Burney Falls (30 minutes). It was very well appointed with lots of great amenities. We loved the hot tub at sunset after spending the day hiking. Joy was responsive and helpful. We very much appreciated our time at this lovely stop and would not hesitate to book it again next time around!

What a lovely stay! This tiny home was more than expected. The beach close by and getting on the lake with the kayak definitely made our stay a fulfilling experience. Small details like having batteries, charging cables, coffee, BBQ grill, and even a projector to watch movies helps make this place 5 stars. Joy was very detailed and communicative with specific instructions. Even gave us guides with things to do and where to eat in the area. Would highly recommend this tiny home and would definitely come back!

We had the most incredible stay at Joy’s Airbnb in Kona! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true island retreat. The views were absolutely breathtaking and being able to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean was unforgettable. Joy thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, and we slept like a dream after a day of exploring.The location couldn’t be better—close to beaches, coffee farms, and downtown Kona. The hospitality was above and beyond. Joy was even able to accommodate an early check in for us! Thank you again!

Meisue was extremely friendly. Whenever I needed assistance, the response was extremely prompt. She was more than willing to handle situations that I needed help with. And if there was anything that I wanted extra, she was more than accommodating, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted.

This was a great place to launch our exploration of Mt Lassen. It was exactly as advertised, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. And Joy is as good a host as you could ever hope to have. She was proactive, very responsive and just generally great
