We really enjoyed our stay while exploring Lassen Volcanic National Park and Burney Falls. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, including cooking supplies, etc. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

5 star!!!! We had a really beautiful and comfortable stay! The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family—especially our 9-month-old who was very comfortable the whole time( lanai and couch) is her favorite spot. The hosts were amazing—super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We truly felt taken care of. Mahalo for the wonderful hospitality! We are planning to come back maybe after 2 years... and i think your place is the best to stay again ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The place was really cozy and well-decorated, and we felt right at home. We especially enjoyed the entertainment room, hot tub + bath robes, and record player! Joy was also extremely responsive to our needs. Would love to stay here again.

Absolutely loved the property! Everything was exactly as described. The place was clean and had little convent touched like extension cord with usb/c port plugs and blanket baskets a nice Keurig set up in the kitchen. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and i will be booking again.

Top air b and b experience! On top of having a prime location (close to town/island activities), Joy also stocked the place with everything you could need as a guest including aloe, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and eating poke on the patio watching the sunset was a trip highlight. We felt like we were at a top resort! I recommend staying here to anyone coming to the big island. Thank you Joy!!

This was our first tiny home stay, and it was so lovely and memorable! This place utilized space really well and it did not feel cramped at all! We had all the amenities we needed, and everything felt clean and also modern. I loved the projector TV setup, and we also ended up using the kitchen to make a nice dinner. We didn’t get to use the tub this time just because of our schedule, but would want to try next time! Would definitely be down to come back here again and recommend to friends!

The location was ideal; peaceful, safe, and just a short walk to a private beach area. Joy was very communicative; responses were prompt and helpful. If looking in the Kona area on airbnb—stop searching and just book this place now. Seriously. It is a beautiful place with a great view of evening sunsets, nicely renovated with everything you need. Could not ask for more. Great recommendations of places in the guest book and an ideal location for any island adventures. Thank you!!

Our host Joy was truly a 'joy' to work with. Thorough and very clear instructions, prompt responses to my questions, proactive communications. With two dozen airbnb rentals under my belt, this was the best equipped kitchen I have had -- good selection of dishes and utensils, complimentary coffee, spices. Everything worked! [Shouldn't have to say this, but....] The bathrooms had extra toiletries if a guest had forgotten something; the bedrooms equipped with USB ports and charging cables. Plenty of seating; no HVAC but the main living area and each bedroom had their own portable unit. Wifi handled multiple devices for six people easily. Absolutely as advertised -- with extras thrown in.
