Joy was extremely kind and helpful. Joy provided us with local recommendations. The stay was phenomenal, I had access to everything I would ever need. Joy's home was very clean and organized. The views of the ocean are priceless!!! This was by far one of my favorite stays.

Nice and safe neighborhood with a beautiful sitting area on the back patio. New large refrigerator, plenty of good towels and a good variety of pillows. Joy was immediately responsive when we had questions/issues, even after midnight!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Joy’s place! The home was spotless and felt incredibly cozy—truly a home‑away‑from‑home. One of the highlights was spending relaxed evenings on the lanai, where we could soak up the gentle breeze and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Joy was a fantastic host—her communication was prompt, clear, and friendly, making check‑in a breeze and answering any questions we had right away. The property’s private tide pool was a delightful feature; we loved watching the marine life right at our doorstep. The location is very convenient for exploring downtown Kailua‑Kona. It’s about a 30‑minute walk (or a short drive) to the charming shops and attractions, so getting out and about was easy. We highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the island—clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated. Thank you, Joy, for a memorable stay!

Great place. Easy self check in. The play area downstairs is really nice if you have young kids and has been upgraded since the pics were taken. Pool wasn’t open but looks nice. The whole area inside the gate is very nice to run around and play with kids. Also conveniently an OKMart on site is very nice. We stayed 3 adults and a 2.5 year old and the apartment was perfect for us. The small bedroom is good for a kid that can sleep alone.

This is a wonderful place. It feels like home. Lots of amenities and attention to details. You can find almost anything you need in this apartment but it’s still well organized and doesn’t feel busy at all. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful! House is super spacious and beautiful, comfortable that makes you feel like home. We went for my Son’s wedding so this place was perfect. Joy was very attentive in everything we needed. She would answer within minutes. Everything was great since we got there till we checked out! We stayed 4 days! Loved it❤️

We really enjoyed staying in this charming house in The Colony, which is about 30 minutes from Dallas. - The hosts are super communicative and responsive to requests - Everything was clean, well stocked (with a few oversights the hosts quickly corrected), and had more amenities than most (robes were a nice touch) - The pool and hot tub were well maintained and awesome to have - I usually balk at street parking at Airbnb's, but not an issue here at all. - The only concern we had was the wi-fi quality, we struggled to stream Netflix without it buffering/dropping several times. Note: we didn't contact the hosts and that very well could've been resolved by them with just a modem/router reset

Beautiful house and a wonderful stay with our 9-month-old baby. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, including baby essentials. The sunset view was stunning and made our stay even more memorable.
